Sig is the founder of Do Hard Things, a leadership and performance community focused on building resilient, high-performing individuals and teams. With 27 years of experience across military, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments, he specializes in leadership development, execution under pressure, and sustainable high performance.
A Certified High-Performance Coach, Sig has led more than 600 group coaching sessions, delivered over 400 hours of one-on-one coaching, and supported more than 1,000 real estate professionals. He also serves as Development Director at Lions Guide and hosts the Do Hard Things Podcast. His background includes roles as a U.S. Army Operations Officer, Company Commander, senior instructor, and adjunct professor teaching leadership and emergency management in the U.S. and New Zealand.
An accomplished endurance athlete, Sig lives the principles he teaches. He is a husband and father of five who believes growth is forged through challenge—and that lasting leadership is built by consistently choosing to do hard things.
