Mary Kelley is the proud daughter and daughter-in-law of Navy veterans and a committed advocate for military families and veterans. She is an Auxiliary member of American Legion Post 597 and serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness' Missouri chapter, where she works to advance mental health education, access, and stigma reduction. Mary is a state trainer for Peer to Peer, Family to Family, Basics, and Provider programs in addition to being a Support Group Facilitator Trainer and Mentor for Family and Connections support groups.
Mary's background includes over 20 years experience in marketing and physician recruitment. She is the founder of Inner Sensei Media, a healthcare-focused marketing firm supporting small businesses, private practices, and recruitment firms through brand identity, podcast production, and content strategy. Mary also hosts HustleMD, a podcast focused on physician recruitment and healthcare staffing, exploring workforce shortages, system failures, and practical solutions.
Mary is the founder of the Dignity Reform Coalition, a nonprofit dedicated to prison reform and mental health advocacy, uniting families, incarcerated individuals, and reform organizations to drive accountability, dignity, and lasting change.
